The Nutritionist
A former member of the Royal Air Force with a passion for nutrition and helping athletes achieve their goals. With two tours of Afghanistan under my belt, I know what it takes to push yourself to the limit - and I'm here to help you do the same.
I hold a BSc in Nutrition and an MSc in Nutrition & Genetics, and have spent the last several years working with athletes of all levels and disciplines - from Muay Thai fighters and ultra-endurance athletes to CrossFit athletes and weightlifters.
But what really sets me apart is my approach to nutrition planning. As one of the few individuals in the UK who offers personalised plans based on DNA testing, I'm able to create truly unique plans that take into account not just your performance goals, but also your genetic makeup. This means that you'll get recommendations that are tailored specifically to you - and that can make all the difference.
